Here’s a new term for you:  “stuckedness.” Life is too short to stay stuck.

It’s not your challenges that are holding you back from reaching your full potential and your best future. Instead, it’s the lack of action to overcome these challenges. You need to grow and change through the experiences that you live.

Are you living your best version of yourself? Or, do you feel stuck in one area or maybe several areas of your life?

Stuckedness Statements

Over the last five years, I’ve been keeping track of people’s “stuckedness” statements and how they’ve gotten stuck in their business and/or their life. I’d like to share some of those statements with you. See if you recognize yourself saying some of these things.

  1. I don’t feel worthy (or better known as the imposter syndrome). I’m really good at what I do, however, there are so many others who have been doing this for so much longer with so much more education or experience or maybe a larger following. It makes me feel like an imposter. Why would somebody even consider me when they could just go to one of my competitors in the industry?
  2. Nobody will ever pay me that much money for the service (or product or experience) I provide. I have a great fear that I’ll never be able to make more money than what I need to survive on.
  3. I’m stuck. My stuckedness is — I have dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, a learning disability, etc. Because of that, I can never get past where I’m at today. I’m stuck here in this crappy job or in this business that owns me and controls me 80 hours a week.
  4. I’m afraid of what people will say. I am afraid if I start this business, or if I buy that location, or if I hire that person, or, or, or whatever. I’m afraid of what they (the great “they” out there) might say about me. Am I greedy? Am I selfish? Have I sold my soul for the dollar.
  5. I don’t have time to finish that degree. I don’t have time to have a relationship. I don’t have time for my kids. I don’t have time for my marriage. (These are the lies that say you don’t have enough time.)
  6. I’m stuck in my head. I’m overanalyzing, overthinking, over planning, over worrying, to the point of never doing anything.
  7. Whenever I think about my future, I can only see or think or believe that it’s not going to work out.
  8. I’m afraid to hire someone. I’m afraid to make an investment. I’m afraid to leave my current security to go after something better.

These are just some of the “stuckedness” statements and comments that I’ve heard over the last five years from clients that reached out to work on their problems. These statements were holding them back from taking what we call “brave” or “massive” action to face their fear and become 100% committed to doing something about it. I’m thrilled to say that all the clients that shared the above statements with me have resolved their issues. Not only have they resolved them, but they’ve overcome them and are succeeding far beyond their wildest dreams as a result of getting unstuck!

One-on-One or Mastermind

My great passion, joy, and gift in this world is to bring insight, breakthrough, and transformation. I love to bring miracles into people’s lives through one question or one conversation that changes everything. I do this one-on-one with people and also through a group coaching program.

There’s currently room for two one-on-one coaching clients right now. We also have room in our next mastermind group which will start in August of 2021. If you’re interested in taking on one of your places that you’re stuck and take that part of your life to the next level, reach out to me by either emailing me (or hit reply) or schedule a free consultation. Let me know the area of your life, whether personal, business or both, where you feel stuck. I look forward to hearing from you.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a business coach that you worked with? Well, I thought I would give you an idea of where we start and what our approach is and answer a few of the FAQ’s or most frequently asked questions.

Our real approach to coaching is a conversation. It’s a conversation around you, your past, what has happened, what’s worked, what hasn’t; your present, where you’re at now; and then the future of where you want to be 3 years from now.

When I first speak with someone I ask a series of questions. With that conversation, I am really just trying to listen and to see where we might provide a breakthrough or an inspiration for you to have a better future — to get you where you want to go (both in your business and in your personal life).

FAQ

I know a lot of people have concerns and questions around what does it mean to be coached? What does that feel like? What’s that like? But really at the beginning, it’s just a conversation. It’s just questions and finding out whether or not we’re a fit for you; you’re a fit for us; and whether or not you feel comfortable in the way we approach it.

All this is done upfront and you are under no obligation and no fee whatsoever. It’s just a simple way to give you a taste of what we do.

Our goal is to lead you to a breakthrough or an insight every time. This includes the first time. By helping you think about your thinking, we want you to realize that there’s a bigger future out there for you. We want to show and help you realize that you’re not alone. We’re here and we understand. We’ve been in your shoes, and we’ve run several different businesses of all different sizes. Our clients run anywhere from a solo entrepreneur to a Fortune 500 company.

We come with a vast amount of experience, but our real value is believing in you and seeing what’s possible in the future. We help you remove the obstacles that you have so you can get to where you want to go, thus creating the life and business that you want.

This is how we work. This is who we are. We’re just normal people like you, and we love what we get to do, and we have a real passion around it.

Reach out if you’d like to schedule a free consultation and go through some questions that will help you build a better future.

There are several questions that are really important for you to consider in order to gain clarity and confidence in your life and business (whether you’re a business owner, CEO or entrepreneur).

The first question is:  What do you stand for?

Once you’ve figured this out, then you need to ask yourself the following questions as well:

–What do you believe?

–What are your priorities for your life and your business?

–How do you make decisions?

–How do you connect with your customers and your employees?

–Are those connection points getting you the results, time, and money that you want?

If you’ve been in business for very long, you have probably realized that not everyone is going to love you or what you do with your business. But that’s okay!  Because your product or service isn’t for the whole world — it’s for those people who will get the greatest value from it.

When you can answer all the above questions and feel confident about your answers — there is a certain peace and clarity that comes from it. This comes from knowing what you’re doing, what you’re about, who you are and what you stand for.

If you want help answering those questions, reach out and schedule a free consultation. This type of training and thinking is what we do best. Are you ready to go to the next level?

I want to speak to you today about a new offering we have called The Employee Maximizer. What it does very simply is help you create great employees!

Not only will this help improve their attitude towards their job but it will also improve company culture. You will understand the best way they can work for you to produce the most profits and results.

Through this process we will help you find out what really motivates your employee outside of work as well. Why do they come to work on Monday? What’s really going on in their lives?

It will also give you tips on how you can have internally motivated employees on an ongoing basis.

The Employee Maximizer is for the business owner that wants to get a better return for their payroll investment. Or, maybe you’d like to see more collaboration and creativity with your employees.

Like most business owners, you’d probably like to work less hours but in order to do that you need to be able to have a business that is consistently growing. This really takes a great team to do this.

So, the Employee Maximizer helps create a great team by addressing what your employees are thinking — the good, the bad, and the ugly of it. Finding out this information enables you to manage, guide and help them.

Second of all, you need to know how they naturally work best.  We have a unique process geared towards this that can deliver valuable information. It’s one of a kind and not a personality assessment you may have had them do in the past.

Thirdly, do you know why your employees show up on Monday? What is personally motivating them to come to work, be productive, or in some cases not be productive — what’s distracting them? Discovering what that is can help you come alongside them and be on that journey with them. Thus, giving you the opportunity to help them make the connection between being successful at work and also achieving some of their own personal goals and dreams – and then you can partner with them in this.

After the last three or four years, we have found the combination of these three things done together over a year’s period of time, have produced tremendous results. We have a lot of testimonies to share with you about that.

If you’re ready to get a better return on your payroll investment, a better experience for your customer, and more time and money from your business for yourself then reach out to us and schedule a free consultation today.

We’d love to provide one of these three processes at no risk to you at all. We take all the risk because we’re sure that we will create value for you.

The impact the three-step process of The Employee Maximizer will have on your business is give you more time, money and freedom to enjoy your life.
