What I do I’ve been doing since I was a 7-year-old dyslexic kid. At first, I believed the lie that I was stupid and would never be able to achieve anything. But then I discovered that I had the superpower of encouragement. I have used that superpower to help create insight and breakthroughs for hundreds of people to take their life and their business to the next level. I can do this because my dyslexia blinded me from seeing my own genius for many years, so I became brilliant at seeing the genius superpower in others. I have used this leadership ability to build a business from my kitchen table with $100 and no industry experience to one of the top 3 in our market in 5 years. I have also been leading leaders for the last 10 years to breakthroughs, achievements and transformation.
