What is the One Thing today that will improve your confidence? We’re going to talk about confidence again and focus on one thing or one habit perhaps. What would be a confidence habit that you could create that would serve you the rest of your life to improve, increase and protect your confidence? For me it’s sleeping. It’s exercise. It’s reading good material. It’s coaching. It’s being in front of people live or virtually and coaching them, encouraging them, giving them confidence, and transforming their experience.

But what does that look like for you and what is that one habit. Now we talked a couple of weeks ago about what gives you confidence; but what’s the one thing? It’s like a rocket booster for your confidence that you could put into your life everyday. You can invest the time — maybe it’s five minutes, maybe it’s 15 minutes, maybe it’s longer than that.

But what’s the return on investment if we invested in that One Thing that gives you confidence? I’d love to hear from you what that One Thing is and how you’re applying it.

What the Habit is, what it does for you, and how you’ve used it in the past. Think about times when you’ve really had a lot of confidence and you’ve been able to do some amazing things.

What was the thing that triggered that…

So we’re looking for for that One Thing, that one habit, that one trigger and then, we’re looking to build that into our life every day.

Who or what is messing with your confidence?

Have you ever thought about this? Last week we talked about what gives you confidence, and we focused on that.

Confidence gives us the ability to achieve, grow and to be all the things that we want to be.

But one of the areas that you need to think about in the area of confidence is — who’s messing with your confidence? What is messing with your confidence? Is there a negative person in your life or maybe you’re not getting enough sleep? Could it be that you feel like you’re overweight or you’re out of shape and that’s the thing that’s messing with your confidence? Maybe it’s a mess in your life — maybe some mess in your garage or at your office or maybe it’s a difficult conversation that you’ve procrastinated on for 3 to 6 months or even a year. Maybe your confidence is being drained by not making a decision that you need to make to move forward. Get back to me and send me an email about what’s messing with your confidence or schedule a free consultation. I’d love to talk to you about it.

At Confidence Coach we talk and teach about confidence all the time. Here’s a question for you today:  Have you ever stopped and thought about what gives you confidence in your business and in your personal life?

And then: What kind of activities, thinking or things do you do that bring you confidence? Are the people that you are around helping to give you confidence?

The reason why this is so important is if we have our confidence growing, then we’re able to grow the rest of our life. We’re also able to grow our business or personal relationships and everything gets bigger and better.

But without confidence, without greater confidence, and continued confidence, we can get stuck or we can even go backwards!

So, I want you to think today about three things that give you confidence and send me an email to share your answers with me. Here’s a few examples — Maybe it’s a good night’s rest; reading a book; exercising; calling that prospect that you’re afraid to call; it might be leading a meeting at your company; how about that new joint venture that you’ve put together; or maybe a date night with your wife; maybe going to your kid’s ball game or it could be a million different things.

But think about it, and let me know what gives you confidence or schedule a free appointment to talk about it.

Do you own your business, or does your business own you? Are you getting results that you set out to get? Or do you have a really, really hard job?

Without knowing you, I know why you started your business: your dream was to have freedom. To have time and money. But, by doing all that you do, have you created just the opposite for your life?

You own your business. You have your employees. You’ve been in business successfully for a number of years. But are you making your business dependent on you? Or are you growing it to be independent of you?

To move you a step closer to your goal of freedom, I’ll throw out a challenge to you today: Before you do any task in your business, you first have to answer the question, why am I doing this? Can somebody else do this? And what are the 1-2 things in this business that are my genius, that nobody else can do? How can you organize your time to focus on only those things?

Let me know how much time I’ve freed up for you over the next year, five years, even ten years. And if you want to know more, reach out. Sign up for a free coaching session. We’d love to talk to you about it.
